Our Firm Client Service
Client Audit Program
Unless we ask our clients' opinions, it is hard to know whether we provide excellent client service. We instituted a client audit program in 1990 to obtain candid appraisals of our service and suggestions for improvement.
A client participating in this program meets with a senior member of the firm who has not performed significant legal work for the client. Our representative asks what the client expects from our lawyers, in addition to legal expertise, and how well we meet those expectations. He or she inquires about a variety of areas, such as responsiveness, accessibility, work management, billing processes, and reasonableness of fees. Equally important, our representative solicits suggestions for improving service.
Different clients have different expectations, and one client's expectations may vary from matter to matter or change over time. The client audit program helps us provide legal service of highest quality - as judged by our clients.
