Our communications lawyers have represented cable television clients since the industry began, including a start-up entity that ultimately became TCI, one of the largest cable system operators in the country. The firm continues to represent a number of smaller cable companies that rely on us to provide all aspects of regulatory guidance.

After enactment of the 1992 Cable Act, our lawyers assisted a financial advisory firm and Texas municipalities desiring to regulate cable rates.
