As more and more terrestrial services make use of satellites, our lawyers have become involved in a variety of aspects of satellite communication issues. We have licensed the largest uplink facility in the world to provide "Headend In The Sky" television capabilities. Our lawyers have worked on the transition of deep space tracking networks into private hands, involving significant reallocation of spectrum from the government to commercial use. We were involved in the restructuring of one of the FCC licensees for the satellite-delivered radio service.
