Three thorny issues are covered in this session: (a) The FCC has overturned a ruling that would have required stations to provide the Social Security numbers of board members. Think your troubles are over? (b) The venerable “main studio" rule is slated for elimination. This session's panelists explain the current rule, what its elimination means to you, and its effect on the broadcasting industry. (c) Podcasting is fun and easy; the emerging law of podcasting is neither.  The panel untangles some of the knotty copyright problems that podcasting entails.
