Garvey Schubert Barer (GSB) today announced that Rochelle L. Haller has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Employing a rigorous peer review process to select its members, the College is a professional association of approximately 2,500 trust and estate attorneys nationwide, with 61 members in the state of Washington. ACTEC actively works to improve trusts and estates representation and pursues reform of the rules of probate, trusts, tax and professional responsibility that pertain to this area of practice.

Haller is an Owner at GSB and Co-Chair of GSB’s Estate Planning, Trusts & Estate Litigation Group. With more than a decade of estate planning experience, her practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning, high net worth planning, probate and trust administration, prenuptial and postnuptial planning, family owned business succession planning and planning for athletes and entertainers.

Haller has been a frequent speaker and has written several articles, including most recently on estate planning for digital assets. She also serves on the Washington State Bar Association Legislative Committee for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Haller received her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School in 2002, and her B.A. from Washington State University in 1993.
