On behalf of over 220 commercial and noncommercial broadcast stations, Garvey Schubert Barer responded to an FCC proposal to allow stations to rely solely on Internet recruitment notices. GSB argued that the FCC’s requirement for print recruiting ads does little to nothing to further the goals of the Commission’s EEO rules but is a significant burden for broadcasters.
