Following President’s Trump’s threats to NBC’s broadcast licenses over alleged “fake news,” Erwin Krasnow commented on the likelihood of a station’s license actually being revoked.  Notwithstanding the fact that FCC Chairman Ajit Pai is a Trump appointee, Erwin noted that a challenge would be improbable because of the First Amendment and because the Communications Act governing the FCC doesn't allow for censorship.
