Aaron Edelman’s practice focuses on federal regulatory law, policy, and litigation including environmental and energy law and policy, regulation of pesticides, and political law.
Aaron earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2016 where he received the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
During his final year of law school, Aaron worked as a law clerk for Garvey Schubert Barer where he provided research, memos, and advice on legislative and regulatory issues associated with hydropower, waste-to-energy, pesticide regulation and chemical usage disclosure.
Prior to his work at GSB, Aaron spent seven years working on the staff of U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski as the Senator’s Economic Policy Advisor. His legislative work focused on the Appropriations Committee and the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee.
