Ako Miyaki-Murphy focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial agreements involving entity organization, secured financing, real estate purchase and sales and leases, group sales and procurement. Ako also regularly assists clients with liquor licensing and other regulatory matters.
She was born and raised in Japan and is fluent in written and spoken Japanese. During her practice in Hawaii, she represented many non-U.S. individuals and entities in business transactions in Hawaii, including entity formation and sale and acquisition of businesses.
