Sandy supports our attorneys and clients with a number of tasks related to estate planning and probate administration. As a critical line of contact for clients, she interacts directly with taxing authorities, vendors, creditors, banking institutions and government agencies to quickly and efficiently get answers and remove red tape for clients.
Sandy helps with asset transfers, maintenance and reporting of trusts and family limited liability companies, and is an informed, practical resource for clients as they navigate the trust and probate administration process in Washington State.
Whether an estate is complex or relatively simple there are rules to follow that help our clients complete their responsibilities as fiduciaries. In the process of opening and closing probates, Sandy works with clients to ascertain the asset values, deal with creditors, prepare applicable estate tax returns and distribute to beneficiaries. Most importantly, she is available to listen to clients as they sort through the administration process.
