Susan Kim has a real estate and business practice working directly with client principals in a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, hospitality, technology, retail, and non-profit organizations. She counsels businesses in a broad range of matters, from commercial leases and real estate purchase and sale transactions to entity formations, franchise agreements, and various types of agreements related to commercial transactions. She also has experience in federal income taxation as well as litigation experience. Susan previously served as in-house counsel for Vulcan, Inc.
