Overview

For more than 20 years, Verna has helped clients obtain permission to live and work in the United States.

Verna helps de-mystify the immigration process by providing specific information and documentation on government requirements to individuals and companies in fields such as international shipping, technology and healthcare.  She helps clients by organizing required documentation, monitoring deadlines, checking for completeness of materials and coordinating filings and follow-up.

Her work includes H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/2 petitions and I-140 immigration petitions based on employer-sponsored applications for multi-national managers. Verna frequently assists with matters involving adjustment of status applications, family-based petitions, consular processing and naturalization applications.
