Akane Suzuki’s practice focuses on all facets of the estate planning process, from basic planning for families with children to international estate planning, complex trusts, gifting strategies, family business succession planning, and charitable giving including family foundations. In addition, she handles probate and trust administration. She is fluent in Japanese and is very active in the local Japanese community. She is a frequent speaker for community groups and professional groups.

Ms. Suzuki is the Chair of the Estate Planning, Probate, and Estate Litigation Group of Garvey Schubert Barer, and currently serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
