Anne Preston focuses her practice in the labor and employment area. She assists clients with respect to the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including litigating employment disputes, advising clients on the myriad labor and employment issues which arise in a business context, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. She regularly presents training seminars on labor and employment topics.
Ms. Preston has won every dispositive motion she has argued. She has never had a contested judgment entered against her client in a litigated matter.
