Eldon Greenberg has an extensive litigation and agency practice on behalf of natural resource clients. He has represented commercial fisheries trade associations, seafood harvesting and processing companies, and fisheries research and development foundations.
Mr. Greenberg frequently advises clients on matters arising under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Mr. Greenberg has also represented researchers in scientific misconduct proceedings conducted by university panels and the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Research Integrity.
Mr. Greenberg has served as general counsel of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and as deputy general counsel of the Agency for International Development in the administration of President Jimmy Carter.
