Paul Hoff represents domestic and foreign clients in connection with civil and criminal antitrust matters in the United States. He also advises foreign governments, as well as foreign and domestic companies, on U.S. trade laws, export control laws, the rules of the World Trade Organization, international fisheries agreements, and related matters.
