Robert Boraks has extensive trial experience that encompasses general commercial litigation, securities- and commodities-related litigation, white-collar criminal defense, employment, government contracts and medical malpractice litigation. Before entering private practice, he served as a fraud prosecutor, a public defender, and special trial counsel with the Division of Enforcement, Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

A major focus of Mr. Boraks' practice is representing respondents in securities broker-dealer arbitrations before the NYSE and FINRA. This practice area includes the defense of customer claims and employment cases and the prosecution of collections of promissory notes.
