Seth Berntsen focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including labor and employment litigation. He has represented employers in litigation concerning wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour and other employment matters. In particular, Mr. Berntsen has considerable experience litigating and advising clients on wage and hour and business protection issues, including advice and litigation over noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants. He has also represented commercial clients in contract, tort, product liability, real estate, and personal injury litigation.
