Stephen Rose has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in the healthcare industry. His practice focuses on Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement, defending healthcare providers during and after government audits, developing and implementing corporate compliance plans, addressing certificate of need issues, and assisting hospitals with credentialing and privileging issues.
He has also worked with the Washington State Medical Association preparing and presenting educational materials for their membership on both the HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Standards. Mr. Rose is a frequent lecturer on HIPAA and government audit issues.
