Pesticide and Product Regulation

GSB has decades of experience and acquired capabilities in working with clients who develop, manufacture, distribute or use pesticidal products, such as antimicrobials, insect repellents, and growth regulators that are strictly regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency and all 50 states. We have successfully registered dozens of new products and ingredients and have handled a wide range of enforcement and compliance matters at the federal and state level. Our multidisciplinary approach utilizing scientists, regulatory specialists and lawyers enables us to efficiently and successfully handle the issues that arise in the complex, interrelated worlds of business, science, regulatory policy and law.

In addition, we assist clients with compliance with product regulation related to chemicals, dietary supplements, food additives, food contact substances, over-the-counter drugs and cosmetics. Our expertise and experience covers a broad range of laws administered by the Food and Drug Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Agriculture and Federal Trade Commission. In many instances, individual products are subject to multiple regulatory policies administered by more than one agency.
