Client Feedback Program


Garvey Schubert Barer has succeeded for more than 50 years because we never stop asking ourselves how we can be better.  But we don’t stop there – we ask our clients how we can be better because we strongly believe that our clients are the ultimate judges of the quality of our work product and service delivery.  

We employ a variety of means to develop an understanding of how we are doing as measured against our clients’ expectations on a variety of topics including responsiveness, quality and accuracy of work, the ability to manage matters to schedule and budget, and the perceived value for fees. We seek input  through electronic surveys, face-to-face meetings with firm executive management and end of matter reviews.  This feedback is reviewed by the firm’s management team to ensure that there is an action plan for addressing any issues or concerns and that plan is shared and discussed with the client.
