GSB attorneys Lawrence Miller, Steven Schaffer, Brad Deutsch and John Crigler will be providing an overview of the new ATSC 3.0 rules adopted by the FCC in November 2017. They will identify the potential opportunities for noncommercial educational TV stations that will come with this new technology as public television stations in many markets are uniquely poised to generate significant benefits (and income) from serving as Host Stations during the voluntary transition to ATSC 3.0.
