Alan and Maurice Heller join Garvey Schubert Barer this month after practicing commercial litigation for the past 20 years as partners at firm Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C. Alan Heller’s practice concentrates on commercial and securities litigation with a focus on small and mid-sized privately held businesses. Maurice Heller specializes in real estate litigation, not-for-profit corporations, condominiums and cooperatives, insurance coverage and healthcare and has written and lectured nationally on a variety of healthcare issues. He also serves as an arbitrator for the American Health Lawyers Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Service.
