About the Northwest Women's Law Center
The Northwest Women's Law Center (NWLC) has been working for nearly 30 years to make equality, justice and fairness a reality for women in the Pacific Northwest. By using the law, one of the most powerful tools in our democratic society, the NWLC improves women's social, economic and legal status. The NWLC brings groundbreaking lawsuits to change the law, advocates for legislation that advances women's rights, and educates women and the community about women's legal rights. And the NWLC does so on virtually any issue that affects women, because the challenges women face are multidimensional.
