Aaron’s administrative law practice focuses on federal regulatory law, policy and litigation.
His clients include commercial and noncommercial radio and television stations whom he represents before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He has extensive experience in advising broadcasters on matters related to compliance with FCC regulatory requirements and handling transactions involving broadcast licenses and entities.
Aaron’s regulatory work also extends to include environmental and energy law and policy; regulation of food and beverages and of pesticides; and political law. As a law clerk at GSB, he regularly provided guidance on legislative and regulatory issues associated with hydropower, waste-to-energy, pesticide regulation, and chemical usage disclosure.
Before working at GSB, Aaron spent seven years serving as the Economic Policy Advisor for U.S. Senator Barbara Mikulski. His legislative work focused on the Appropriations Committee and the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee.
At the George Washington University Law School where Aaron earned his J.D., he received the ABA-Bloomberg BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.
