Alan Heller’s practice concentrates on commercial litigation and litigation prevention, with over 25 years of experience.  For 20 of those years he was a Partner at Heller, Horowitz & Feit, P.C.  Primarily, Alan acts as general counsel to small and mid-sized privately-owned businesses.  He has trial and appellate practice in both federal and state courts as well as commercial arbitrations before the American Arbitration association and private panels.
