Alex works closely with M&A clients to helps them grow their businesses, access capital, acquire and divest assets, and find buyers. He collaborates with clients to understand their businesses, formulate business strategies and devise approaches to efficiently and creatively meet their needs.
Focusing his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, Alex advises both public and private clients in mergers, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, and other strategic corporate transactions. He has extensive experience advising private company clients on the dispositions of their businesses and advising acquirors on strategic acquisitions and investments to further advance their business goals.
