Bri is an associate in the firm’s Investment Management practice. She focuses on domestic and international investments for public and private institutional investors across a range of alternative investments, including private equity funds, hedge funds, and domestic and global real estate funds.

With a combination of experience in Big Law, Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, Brittany’s background includes counseling multinational entities on regulatory and business issues, as well as representing clients in U.S.-based and cross-border transactions within the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe. She has negotiated a wide range of agreements across a variety of industries and sectors, including private equity, venture capital, technology and life science.

Bri previously was an associate at a leading global law firm where she advised lenders, sponsors, financial institutions, companies and high-net-worth individuals in all aspects of debt, equity and hybrid finance.

As an avid proponent of public service, she regularly engages in pro bono efforts and mentors law students and junior attorneys, often speaking on topics ranging from data privacy to the importance of mentoring.
